Event venue websites · Buffalo, NY

A website that gets your venue booked.

I'm Evan, a Buffalo web designer. I build custom sites for event venues and party spaces, so people planning a shower, a birthday, or a wedding can see your rooms, understand your pricing, and book a tour.

What a venue website has to do

A planner is usually comparing a few spaces on a phone. These four things decide whether they reach out to you.

  • Your rooms, shown for real

People book a space after they can picture their event in it. Real photos of every room, how many guests each one holds, and what comes with it, right where they look first.

  • Pricing people can follow

Hourly rates, packages, deposits, and add-ons laid out plainly, so the questions you answer over and over in your messages are answered before anyone reaches out.

  • Tours and dates that reach you

A tour request or booking form that lands straight in your inbox, or the booking system you already use, set up so it works on a phone.

  • Links that look right on Facebook

A lot of venue bookings start with a social post. Every page gets a proper share preview with your best photo, so a link in a post or a DM looks like an invitation, not a blank box.

Ehnita Event Space, Tonawanda

A booking-focused site for a boutique event venue in Tonawanda: clear pricing for both rooms, a real photo gallery, and a free tour funnel.

What I built

  • Both rooms side by side, with capacity and what each one includes
  • Real pricing for each room, so planners know the cost before they ask
  • A photo gallery of the actual space
  • A free tour request as the main next step
  • A share preview for every page, so links on Facebook show the venue
Look at the site
“Evan took the time to not only learn every detail about my business, but also about me, the owner, in order to make the website more personal for my clients.”
Amanda, owner of Ehnita Event Space

How the links look when they are shared

Every page has its own preview, so a link in a post or a message shows the venue, not a blank box.

  • Share preview for the Ehnita pricing page
  • Share preview for the Ehnita gallery page
  • Share preview for the Ehnita book page
